Your rest is fine , change your string to a winners choice string and get a 3/16 tru peep ,that will give you around 8 to 12 fps , rough guess . Get rid of the brass nock and pick up another 4 or 5 fps. With the short arrows you are useing and lite tips , useing feathers will probably give you another 4 to 5 fps .
