Its funny most hunters I know are against crossbows, but most would love to get rifles in the southern zone of NY. A little of a double standard. If you argue that crossbows are easier then the bows, then you would have to support getting rid of compounds in favor of traditionals. I feel that anything can get more people into hunting is a great help to us all. Let the indivual hunter select his level of difficulty. I would like to see a seperate season, maybe along with Black Powder.
