I use a Grayling Fletching Jig from Cabelas or any other archery website. $25.00 for the jig with either a straight, R or L helical clamp. Not a bad price and works as well as some of those out there for 3 to 4 x's the price.
Fletch tite will run you around 7-8 bucks as well.
Some of my best fletching jobs were done on Carbon Express arrows.
