It sounds like alot of people have had to deal with Ruger's customer service alot. That only tells me that you guys had alot of trouble with them and your experience with the service department and knowing first names of reps is scary. Rugers must be complete pieces of crap to have all that experience. Just kidding Frank!

I hear ya F4YG,For the amount of Ruger's I own or have owned there has really been very few with problems.Years ago I had to send a Smith M-29, Ithaca M-37 and a Colt Diamondback back for defects. Last Year I had to send a brand New BAR Stalker back to Browning.Their QC let it out with a stripped insert for mounting the scope base.That only took about two months to get it back from Browning.I'm not saying Ruger's are perfect but neither are the other manufacturers.
