Yes. If all you have to hunt is public land then you will have to over come and adapt!!!! You are on a journey to becoming a better turkey hunter. Once you are able to consistenly harvest turkeys on heavily hunted public land you will be able to kill turkeys anywere!!!!! Good luck on your journey
