Ruger has one of the best customer service depts.I've had many dealing with them if it was for parts or service.One time a Redhawk wasn't repaired to my satisfaction.I contacted the Service Manager.He made sure it was fixed and correctly in a timely manor.All I have ever talked to in the Newport NH facility have been very knowledgeable and happy to help.I'm sorry you had a bad experience with Ruger, Apparently you've never had to deal with Browning's CS.If you weren't happy with Ruger you sure don't want to try Browning.Trust me on that.
