Default RE: Sig 239 40 cal / 357 sig jamming

Uh oh, same problem here but for glock and reloads. This is the reason I think this round will not survive. I had to have my smith file the feed ramp. I also had to use heavier bullets and a certain shape. I found Hornady XTP 155gr to work well. I bought the speer gold dot (made just for 357sig), and they were the worst to be pushed down in the case. It requires a long bullet but has to be a certain shape to work well.

My advise is this. Forget about .357sig. Sell the barrel. A 40cal will get the job done and then some. I gave up on my 357sig. The 40cal is so much easier to reload. Ballistics are nice for the 40. Glad to see I wasn't the only one. I know that the Deleware protrol uses this round exclusively. I am shocked they do.
