I agree that too long of a draw on your bow may cause problems. But there are a few things that may help you out.

First if your bow uses modules, get them changed.
Second, take your bow to the pro shop, there are some minor things that they can do to get small increment adjustments.
Third, you may be able to use a different release. Ex. If you use a caliper type wrist held, you may be able to go to a thumb type hand held release.
Forth, Nock - depending on what type of nocking devise you use, you may be able to get a little from this. Ex. If you use a loop, take it off and shoot off the string.
