I was wondering that myself! Here in Minnesota, I bowfish ALL the time. But it's illegal as hell to shoot any game fish with your bow. But I've shot huge carp, longnose gar, sheephead, dogfish, and bullheads. The biggest carp I ever shot was just under 40 pounds. The biggest fish I ever caught though... hmmm, I dunno, I never bring my damn scale along! I always forget the stinkin' thing and never weigh my fish. Doesn't matter though... the fish always get bigger with time, whether you have a scale or not
