Yeah, I know. I mean what business owner in the world would actually care about getting their product in front of more people's eyeballs?
I mean, if billionaires across the economy are spending their most precious commodity -- their time -- assembling subscriber bases and developing audiences (think AOL, which got paid over $50 million by Barnes & Noble to penetrate their market, or Bill Gates, who paid $400 million for a little company called Hotmail so he could own an audience) what makes anyone think it would work for bow companies? I mean, Jeff Bezos hasn't turned a profit in seven years (I know, he finagled the books once to show a profit
one quarter) because he sees the value in advertising, but what does he know?
