I can't speak to all the species you named but I can tell you that the brownie or even grizzly hunt will not fit in your $4,000 budget. I hope one of the other two will.

At 200 pounds I'd recommend the 338 as your "Alaska Gun". You're thinking mighty big early in life young feller --- good for you!
