My opinion is: both stories are true. They're a good, simple hunting rest but would not be on my list of rests to use for competition. Even though, someone won a big tournament here while back with a WB on his bow. I forget the details, but I'm sure one of the WB fans knows all about it.

If you get one, go to the Carolina Archery website and get the instructions on how to modify it to keep from screwing your vanes up so bad.
