Went out yesterday and saw 22 turkeys including one big tom and probably 2-3 jakes. Managed to get them all to gobble at me using a gobbler or a crow call. They look really henned up though so hopefully in 3 weeks all the ladies will be nesting and the boys lonely.

On a side note saw 2 guys on dirt bikes riding out with a dozen elk sheds strapped to their backs. So, don't forget to look around on the ground for sheds while you're pre-scouting for turkeys! I found a nice 5-pt shed the day before the season last year.
