I would say the Black Bear because its most common and found all over the country. The thing that makes them a big danger is they often eat part of thier kill right on the spot. A Grizzly often knocks you around but when it no longer feels threatened it will go away. Polar Bears will kill and eat you in a heart beat but thier local keeps them out of reach of most humans.
