RE: Chufa for waterfowl?
Don't know about Chufa, but both ducks and geese like Clover. I planted a little patch on a point on our lake 2 years ago. The Geese came in and wiped it out overnite. I replanted and this spring when it came up, the ducks are pulling it out by the roots. Guess I won't replant this time.
