In most cases an extra half inch of arrow is not going to affect accuracy or tune to a large extent. However, that is extremely subjective to the individual setup (arrows, draw length, point weight, etc..) being used. Spine would be my chief concern. A longer arrow, of the same size, is going to have a weaker spine.
