I just started shooting a Tru Ball Pro Diamond and so far, I can't beleive what I've been missing! Much more stable anchor for me. Also, here is the great thing about the Tru Ball T-handle style. If you want, you can add one of their new wrist straps later if decide you want a little more pulling power with your wrist. This is only available on the 2004 releases to my knowledge so be careful there.
