Not to bash the mathews outback, but anyone looking into buying one, or already own one, you might want to check out archery talk.
Seems, there has been increasing numbers of outbacks, with cams being machined wrong,so when the roller bearings get pressed, they are at a slight angle, creating a problem with the cam rubbing the limb.
There were a number of complaints, and i guess mathews is addressing the problem.
Go to archery talk and do a search, on the subject, outback problem.
