I reccomend using the correct spine arrows for the bow when tuning. The correct position for the windage of the rest is not always going to be 3/4" away from the riser or where some lazer says it should be. You can determine where the proper windage setting is by shooting the bow. Often the bow will shoot its narrowest groups when the rest is about 1/8 to the outside of the centerline of the bow.
