FEDORA '560' Hunter Review -
I was first stricken by this recurve's appearance. The limbs have a great curl and the hand grip has a good fitting contour. I have found that this bow (all Fedora's for that matter) have very good shootability. Of course, they do not have the heavy riser mass as most T/D's do, but I guess that is what surprised me the most. The deep hand grip, Fedora's trademark thumb rest, and stable limb action combine to make for a bow that definitely shoots where you point it. It is much quieter and faster than many of the one-piece recurves I have shot at this poundage. It is cut 3/16" past center and handles a variety of arrow spines very nicely. Stringing the bow must be done carefully, as the limb tips above the string nock are very narrow and very short. I believe this is what provides, in part, the quickness and liveliness of this bow. I have two Fedora '560's and will not let both of them go.
