RE: Side or Back quiver--Hunting
I used to hunt with a Great Northern strap-on quiver but last year I tried a cat-quiver.Mine has 2 very roomy pockets so I can leave the backpack home.It also covers the fletching and keeps them dry in inclement weather. The quiver is light, rides nice on the back and doesn't get in the way.I take it off when I get into stand.
You should invest in a quiver, though.Carrying around arrows with unprotected broadheads is an accident waiting to happen.
