Here in Indiana bobcats are being reintroduced by the state DNR. The other day my neighbor was yote hunting when three yotes came running across the field with what appear to be another yote chasing them. My neighbor chose to shoot the one chasing them and well it turned out to be a bobcat with a tracking device around its neck. I dont know where the corpse went but the collar he put in his barn close to the road so the conservation officer/biologist could find it.
how would this be handled in you alls state?
