Haven't been to Bob's yet.......had heard of it fairly recently! Except for the years in Alaska or Europe, we always manage to make it to Clearfield at least once a year. It's a small world.....Black Moshannon, (one of my topo maps on file is the Moshannon State Forrest). It's a great area up there.....especially around hunting season. (Television full of hunting commercials...like during my childhood.) Amazing how down to earth people can be when you get away from the major cities.

When I tell people what the Parker Damn State Park looked like immediately following the tornado damage they look at me like I'm either lying or exaggerating. Of course anyone that saw it in the first year or two following the storm knows! Looked like a scene out of a sci-fi following some calamity. It's so grown over now, you never suspect it existed.

Apparently the wife and I will be in Pennsylvania a little longer than anticipated, (sorting out some business), and we are giving serious thoughts to moving to that area until after our business is resolved, then proceed to Alaska. It looks like I'll be here for at least another year, though living in that area would at least make it much more pleasant!
