I wouldn't lift the truck too much due to gas mileage and being unstable when you are off roading.
you do not lift up a truck to worry about the gas mileage. at least i wouldnt anyways. you do it to be higher than everyone else. another good thing about lifting a truck up like that is nobody wants to be in front of you at night, your headlights are right in their mirror and its a pane in the @ss
