No question about it. The 8 pointer I got with the bow on Sept. 30th 1991, six days before my wedding. I was 20 feet up an ash tree in my loc-on and my (wife to be) was in my late uncles ground blind 50 yards away. He came in from my right. I heard him grunting before I seen him. He came across and stopped 10 ft. from the ground blind my wife was in. We had built it up real good 2 days before. He stopped and stood there for a couple of minutes. It was frosty that morning and she was afraid to breathe fearing he would see her breath. The wind was in her favor. He finally turned and headed towards me. I wouldn't of had a shot if he had gone to the right of the ground blind. Well, he got to within 25 yards. By this time I was a a bundle of nerves. I shot and the arrow went high behind his left shoulder and up into his spine. He dropped right down but I had to get down and finish him off with another shot in the boiler room. He's a very semetrical 8 with an 18in. spread. We call him GEORGE, named after my uncle who passed away 5 months earlier. He's on our wall. I will never forget that special hunt!!!
