RE: drippers?
Drippers can be effective depending on how they're used . During the rut I have had deer paw the scrape created below them when the dripper was filled with estrous urine , buck urine , and even my own . I think they function best as a controlled curiosity lure . In the pre-rut estrous urine with a tad of tarsal seems to work best . Post rut I sometimes fill them with apple cider to put food scent into the air during daylight hours . The dripper is positioned to drip behind my set up so I don't run afoul of our baiting reg .
