RE: Bennelli super black eagle
I am a huge benelli fan, i love their guns. I own 4 and 1 on the way. 2 sbe's (advantage timber and Max 4), M 1 super 90 20ga. in timber, and one M1 steady grip timber. I have a SBE 2 on order. I have never a single problem with any gun what so ever. I hunt a clay shoot with all (except the steady grip). I don't shoot any loads lighter than 1 1/8 ounce Win. super handicaps. I don't believe in shooting cheap shells in good guns. I also don't like shoot loads that are lighter than 1 1/8 oz because I need all the pellets I can get!!! I have a slug barrel for my sbe, my M1 20ga, and the M1 steady grip. they all shoot good. I just need to find a scope mount for the 20 ga.
I also have 2 SX2's and like they alot too. but they are not a Benelli.
Note, SBE's need to be broken in with heavy mag shells before you can expect it to handle light loads do to the tight tolerances. If their is a problem with shooting high or low you need to change the shims.
