I would agree with all of the suggestions above except one. The partition, failsafe, A-frame and interlock would all be good choices. I have a friend that uses Hornady 180 grain light magnum (interlock) and likes them a lot (however you can not use them in a semiauto). I would choose the 180 grain for whatever bullet you decide.

I totally dissagree that a full metal jacket or armor piercing bullet would be good to use. I would never use one on any north american game including a grizzly. You need the front of the bullet to expand to deposit as much energy in the animal as possible. Good hunting.
