Bigcountry, I have been listening to this debate since the early 1960's. I did'nt buy it then and I do not buy it now. If you are an experienced hunter, you should be advising the novice hunters on this board to hunt responsibly. A whitetail is too fine a game animal to wound with a varmint rifle. Also, I hope you are not implying that because you like to type that you are knowlegable and wise.
