3dsteve - An open shooter can change classes if they want, there is not anything in the rules that states other wise. They do have to change their equipment to the specifications of the Hunter Class if that is where they move too.

Now if a semi or Pro is shooting in open that's another story. If they have shot as a pro or semi earlier this season (for example - the ASA in Florida) they can NOT shoot in open with IBO.
