well i am sick of my arrow falling off my rest so i am considering getting a whisker biscuit. first of all which out of the many is the best one? do they damage fletching? i believe they would have 2 do some damage but i would like 2 kno how long it takes before it starts to rip the fletching off the arrow if thats what it does. does is reduce the speed of ur bow at all? if so how much. thank you
