You know, I didn't think about that. What if I had popped a shot at a coyote or fox? Things may have become even more dicey!

It is important to point out that after all my licenses checked out and they became aware of the hunting till midnight law (they weren't aware people hunted predators at night), they were very respectful to me.

It was posted somewhere else, but hunting here in Massachusetts isn't the same as when I hunt in other states. You get dirty looks from people driving by, you never know if someone is going to call the cops even when everything is legit. It's probably why so many of the Mass hunters I know leave the state .. even though we have some awesome deer, turkey and waterfowl hunting right here.
