You are correct, any shooter of this caliber can win with anything. No question.

The recent talk about the validity of hybrids as a forgiving and accurate system is what prompted me to bring this up, as well as congratulating Grant in the process---let's not take anything away from him and/or his accomplishments here! Sure he could've probably won with anything, but the bottom line is that he did it with a Merlin, and was NOT paid to shoot them. It is what he felt was the most accurate bow for him to get the job done with, and it certainly did. (You may see him on the Merlin Staff next year tho!) Pinwheel 12
