one very cool bullet was made of a normal jacket, but instead of being filled with lead, it was filled with dense liquid. the ppl talkin about this stated that it is one of few bullets that tranfers 100% of the energy into the target.
second test they used ground meat and packed it into a bullet mould, froze it in nitrogen again and the actaully fired it at bllistic gelatin at 30 paces. the bullet hit the target like a shotsun usin #9 pellets. failure
Both bullets would technically transfer all of their energy to the target. Its a good example on how energy transfer is overrated. The amount of energy in a bullet is actually pretty small and doesn't accurately translate into tissue damage as much as bullet construction does.
