Tell me about the 7.65 Argentine??
I'm thinking more and more that my mauser is a 108 year old 7.65 Argentine, rather than a rebarrelled 7mm to .308. I'm not familiar with the 7.65, would it be a good rifle for my girlfriend, I wanted a little less kick than a .30-06, but more stank than a .243, how will the 7.65 compare?? I'm taking it to a smith tonight to get head spaced and checked out, but I'm betting I'm going to find out that it's an Argentine, since it is a German made Spanish Mauser. How well should it shoot?? how accurate can I expect it to be?
