What state is the property located?
Start with the food sources and go from there.
If the property is located in an area that grows water oaks...find them! The deer will be there! Find where they sleep and then find a funnel that leads to a feeding area.
Property looks good with several areas (natural and man-made funnels) already present for good cross winds. I would find me a couple acres back in the trees near some water oaks and plant a nice patch of cow peas.
