RE: Does anyone have days where they just don't shoot well?
I shoot poorly most often when I have stuff on my mind, or I'm upset.
Archery is such a mental excercise, you really have to be "all there" to be very consistent.
When I start shooting bad (assuming I'm not suffering from any gross equipment or form probs), I just take a break and relax. Maybe even just try again tomorrow. You can't force it. You're either ON, or you're not.
