The flat design makes carrying very easy, despite the weight. Easy to set up. Very comfortable seat. Can climb really big trees.

The cons, not to many in my opinion. The original models weight about 24 lbs or so. I have the air elite model and I think it weighs around 17lbs. Mine does tend to slide a bit while climbing. I need to sharpen my tree braces. However, I've used the grand ol man and didn't have the slipping problem. Also, it seems to slip on bigger trees, and I am infamous for climbing trees that are too big

They are a great stand, top of line.
