That's great stuff! I wish I could say the people in Virginia follow those guidelines. If I said "hi" to every stranger I see here, half would think I'm begging for change, and the other half would try and run me down with their Expedition.

Unfortunately, the only midwestern state I've had the honor to visit so far is Kansas. If it weren't for the flat terrain and (relative) lack of forests, I'd still be there.
