I've had a few small cuts while cleaning a deer but nothing major. My brother on the other hand wasn't so lucky. We were dressing a deer one night he had shot and i cut his finger to the bone. He was on blood thinners and losing lots of blood so we had to stop what we were doing and take him to the local clinic to get sewed up. He was at the same clinic about 2 weeks earlier when he shot a deer and wasn't holding his gun tight and the scope hit him above the eye and that also required stiches. When we went there with the cut finger the doctor on call was the same as the one that treated him several weeks earlier and he told him that he might want to consider another hobby. We all had a good laugh.
