Once, right at the last minute of shooting light, I spined a buck. He went right down and I quickly nocked another arrow to finish him off. I shot and thought I heard the arrow go careening off through the woods, but it was too dark to see or attempt another shot. I got down and found my second broadhead during field dressing. Not knowing it was there, I sliced my finger open pretty good. It was a perfect heart shot!
