I don't really get to shoot that much because I'm not that good at calling yet but I did shoot my Rem 870 Express Super Magnum with the 3 1/2 shells. I was sitting on one of those green fold up chairs and squeezed the shot off and the chair flew back on two legs and I flew back but it didn't flip over. It didn't hurt too much I guess because of the recoil pad that comes on the gun.
