Everytime I come across this stupid debate I get a kick out of part of it. Is it an "unfair advantage" Heck no. If they are in teh rules as legal to use, then it is your CHOICE to use or not use them. Just because shooter A stays within the rules and uses it to block wind/rain/sun/whatever, and shooter B doesn't, this is not unfair. Is it an advantage? Possibly/probably, but it is a 100% fair and legal advantage, its your CHOICE to not take one.

Now if you want to argue the "aiding another shooter" aspect go for it, but don't tell someone that by staying within the rules they are being unfair.
