RE: So, how's that wood fence holding up?
In my first year or two, I shot using the wood fence in the side of the backyard as a backstop. I started out using hay bales and it didn't take long to wear them out and put holes in the wood fence. So, I started shooting towards the back fence, which is chainlink.
After a few dozen arrows in the ditch and one or two hitting the neighbors garage behind the ditch, I put up a 4x8 sheet of plywood. Haven't had to go into the ditch since. Not even after switching to traditional! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
