Hi Tomster,

The short answer to that question.....is that as a society we "tend to not hold people responsible for their behavior"! Law enforcement should have been called, (the police....that represented Assault. Not to mention illegal trespass). And the individual should have been charged as such.

That kind of BS should never be allowed to occur......without the perp facing the consequences of their behavior!

Just my .02 cents worth!
