Some string materials will increase speed, as will less strands. Find someone that builds custom strings and see what they recommend. You can twist the cables and untwist the string. This will add weight and lower brace, while increasing draw length. But you'll have to fool with cam timing or rotation issues. Reducing friction anywhere possible never hurts, either.
