this is the first time ive seen the new regs. I was of the understanding that once the population was under control the bag limits would drop, according to everyone ive talked to and these posts the population is beyond under controll, 11 wow, thats too many, imo. I love the meat and it is helpful for me to have, but 11 is a bit much, im afraid that along with the resurgance of winter in the MTN state the population is going to DROP
