For 3D: 325 grain arrow dynamics at 294 fps (ifaa rules dont allow speeds over 300) Its been done with a Mathews Rival pro at 29" draw - 62#

For hunting: I dont really know. I setup the bow for silence shooting alu's at 58#.
I guess its somewhere around 260 - 270
Bow is a Q2.
