RE: Straightest Bowhunting Arrow?
ACCs are hard to beat, but I won't shoot them........too dang expensive for hunting. If you want aluminum, XX78 is the best IMO.
Carbons.......I shoot Easton Carbon Evolution, but am looking hard at Terminator Selects(heavier weight) and the new Easton Axis. Although the Axis's advertised straightness is not as straight as some others, members here who shoot them love them so far.
Besides, one important aspect..........I want an arrow shaft that will retain its straightness longer, not just for the initial haul. I'd like to see a report done on that......which shafting will keep its straightness longer, under normal shooting and care circumstances! I'd guess the thicker walled shafts would.
