A word to the wise. Game departments often put transmitter tracking devices in
endangered or protected animals such as wolves and bears. Kill one and bury it in your back yard and the MAN may be knocking on your door in a couple of weeks with a shovel and a warrant. It happened to a man here in Florida.
He shot two black bears that were tearing up his deer feeders and buried them both on the property with a backhoe. 3 weeks later the Game and Fish Law shows up and digs em up. The Transmitters hadnt moved in a couple of weeks so they went out to investigate.[
